Job summary

Albyco, part of Ricoh Europe, Breda, is seeking an Inside Sales & Telesales Specialist to manage and grow a customer portfolio. You will be in daily telephone contact with existing and prospective customers, advising on products and proactively generating revenue.

You will work closely with field sales, logistics and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help grow the international business from Breda.

Qualifications

• Telesales or sales experience in a commercial role.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue targets.
• Customer and service-focused approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German/French advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own customer portfolio via daily calls.
• Proactively approach customers with offers and follow up on leads.
• Convert opportunities into orders and Upsell/cross-sell where possible.
• Coordinate with field sales, logistics and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
