Job summary

AlphaESS Europe in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a field service and technical training specialist to implement dealer and installer training, field-install equipment on-site, and test products to troubleshoot problems.

You will understand user needs, provide feedback on user experience, and manage after-sales data. You will serve as the technical contact for customers during initial installations and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Ideally completed vocational training in electrotechnical field.
• Excellent listening, reading and writing skills in English, Dutch and Chinese.
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills in common applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical training for dealers and installers.
• Field install equipment on-site.
• Field test products to troubleshoot operational problems.

• Handle and import customer complaints and provide solutions to problems.
• Organize after-sales spare parts, after-sales files and customer data.
