Main Responsibilities

• Take the lead in tackling key live network problems of energy storage products, quickly resolve problems, and avoid recurrence of problems.
• Participate in special maintenance activities such as energy storage products deployment and preventive maintenance inspection to ensure smooth running of products on the live network.
• Develop maintenance platforms and capabilities and continuously improve the maintenance capabilities of members in the energy storage domain.
• Extract and design product/solution version DFX requirements and maintainability requirements and implement acceptance.
• Take the lead in designing and implementing digital O&M solutions (such as IT tools) for energy storage products and solutions, and continuously improve product maintainability.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of new energy related: Electrical Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Energy Storage.
• Understanding of BESS experience in energy storage and high-voltage fields is preferred.
• Familiar with basic knowledge related to new energy, professional requirements: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Materials Engineering, temperature control and power electronic products, Automation, and related fields;
• Priority given to those familiar with photovoltaics, Transformer, data centers, energy storage, temperature control products;
• Effective organizational, analytical and communications skills.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Willing and able to travel frequently, with up to 50% of working time spent on business trips to customer sites across Europe to provide on‑site support and assistance.
• At least one year's experience in developing, testing, or maintaining energy storage products (including solutions) is preferred.
• University degree in energy storage or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English. Speaking Chinese is a plus.
