What will you do?

180 recruitment within technical sectors, including scaffolding, insulation, infrastructure, and electrical & instrumentation (E&I);
Discussing open vacancies with planners and account managers on a weekly basis;
Writing vacancy texts and posting them online on social media and job boards;
Actively approaching candidates, both online and those in our talent pools;
Developing advertisement campaigns together with the marketer;
Conducting telephone interviews with applicants;
Working with your fellow recruiters (from other departments) to find improvements in the recruitment process and the employer branding plan.

What is expected of you?

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within construction, engineering, or technical sectors;
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Polish, Spanish) are a plus;
Familiarity with compliance requirements and worker documentation in the Netherlands;
Familiarity with ATS & CRM systems such as Carerix is a strong plus;
Team-oriented, positive attitude, and professional demeanor;
Lives in (or around) Rotterdam or willing to relocate;

What we offer you:

A one-year contract for 32-40 hours per week with the chance of a permanent contract;
