Job summary

A rapidly growing international FMCG company located in Rotterdam is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager for a part-time role in their CD Excellence team. You will be responsible for supporting pricing strategies, improving digital tools, and working closely with various teams. Are you analytical, digitally skilled, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-paced international environment? We’re looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to support a high-performing CD Excellence team focused on pricing strategy, risk analysis, and digital transformation across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Support pricing strategies and identify pricing risks
• Assist in new product launch planning
• Develop tools and dashboards to enhance pricing insights
• Collaborate with category and country teams
• Drive digital improvements in commercial development

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master/MBA is a plus)
• 1–2 years of experience (FMCG or multinational is a plus)
• Strong Excel and digital tool skills
• Communicative, proactive, and structured mindset
