Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This full-cycle recruitment role connects top talent with European companies in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences, with a strong onboarding and training culture.

You will develop client relationships, source candidates, and advise both sides to achieve successful placements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hybrid working is available, with ongoing career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online meetings; on-site visits possible.
• Find and place top candidates across Europe in exciting roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
• Use LinkedIn and job boards to identify candidates; headhunting as needed.
• Negotiate and close deals while guiding candidates through the process.
• Provide end-to-end support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

What Your Role Entails

This is a full-cycle (360°) recruitment role – you'll be the connector between top talent and great companies:

• Business Development: Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online- meetings with the opportunity to also visit clients on site.
• Talent Matchmaking: Find and place top candidates in exciting roles across Europe.
• Consulting: Become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
• Headhunting: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creativity to find hidden gems.
• Negotiating & Closing Deals: Make magic happen for everyone involved.
• End-to-End Support: Guide your candidates through every step of the process.
