You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, negotiating terms and facilitating successful placements, while working in Amsterdam or surrounding areas with uncapped commissions and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience is required.
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and live near Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by prospecting, pitching, and converting new clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Grow accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers to secure repeat business.
• Head-hunt top talent by identifying and attracting high-calibre candidates to meet client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by providing valuable solutions.
• Negotiate terms, manage offers, and secure successful placements.
• Build and manage an independent recruitment business within Amoria Bond.
