KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering talent across manufacturing, prototyping, and production environments. You will partner with hiring managers and technical leads to craft strategic hiring plans and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, or similar environments.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and hands-on technical roles with ability to assess technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing job families and plant-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts.
• Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
• Build long-term talent pipelines across prototyping/product development and scaled manufacturing/production.
