Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, electronics, machinery.
• Experience recruiting for both engineering and hands-on technical/manufacturing positions, with the ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate relevance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing job families and the skills required for plant-based roles.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts.
• Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
• Build long-term talent pipelines across early-stage prototyping/product development and scaled manufacturing/production, anticipating future hiring needs.
