Job summary

KRUSH Labs is seeking a senior production leader to translate engineering designs into scalable manufacturing workflows and lead a high-performing team. You will ensure GMP/compliance, maintain QA documentation, and collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to bring products from roadmap to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in high-tech manufacturing, and fluency in Dutch, with a focus on building scalable manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in production technologies, assembly components and electronics.
• Managerial experience.
• Fluent Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Translating engineering designs and prototypes into scalable, high-volume, and production-ready manufacturing workflows.
• Leading, motivating, and training production staff.
• Maintaining and developing manufacturing and QA documentation, and strictly ensuring adherence to GMP/compliance standards.
• Working directly with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to ensure a smooth technical lifecycle from the product roadmap to delivery
