KRUSH Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier engineering talent across manufacturing, prototyping and production environments. You will work with hiring managers and technical leads to craft strategic hiring plans, deliver a smooth candidate experience, and help grow high-impact teams, from embedded systems to advanced hardware.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in technical recruitment
Experience recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles
Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate relevance

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts.
Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
Build long-term talent pipelines across early-stage prototyping/product development and scaled manufacturing/production.
