Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent.

• Consultancy: Deliver top‑tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.
• Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.
• Deal Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.
• Candidate Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

What You Bring

• Motivation and Ambition: You thrive in a performance‑driven environment and are eager to grow.
• Experience: While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast‑paced environments is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1‑C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, minimum one year full‑time of relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near‑native English proficiency is required.
• Location: You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.
