Job summary

Bloom & Wild, Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower and gifting business, is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Delivery & Availability roadmap. You will guide a squad of 6 with a technical lead, untangling a large monolith and setting domain boundaries to enable faster delivery planning, especially around peak seasons like Christmas and Mother’s Day.

You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Logistics, and apply AI-enabled data insights to move faster and improve customer

Qualifications

• Youve owned a product roadmap end-to-end as a Technical Product Owner or Manager.
• Youve worked inside a large monolith to set domain boundaries or service extractions.
• You enjoy cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Commercial, Logistics and engineering.
• Youre hands-on with AI tools and enjoy turning data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the DAM roadmap and balance clean architecture with commercial value.
• Untangle the monolith so releases land safely for customers, warehouse and logistics.
• Launch new carriers and complex product categories with Operations, Commercial and Logistics.
• Shape data models and interfaces for automation and AI-driven decision making.
• Own squad KPIs and keep senior stakeholders informed.
