Bloom & Wild Group, Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower and gifting business, backs a 65+ person Tech team powering our e‑commerce, production and fulfilment. As Head of Developer Experience, you will own our paved road and internal platform, driving the DevEx product, AI roadmap, and a high‑performing team across squads.

Expect to shape platform strategy, lead AI-enabled transformation, and partner with senior leaders to optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability.

Formación

• Experience leading a platform, DevEx or infrastructure team.
• Proven ability to own an internal developer platform as a product.
• Strong AWS and Terraform experience with modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own internal developer platform roadmap and productizing it for engineers.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across Product & Technology.
• Line-manage DevEx and Quality Engineering teams.
