Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Product Manager for Discovery & Gift Building to own how customers discover, browse and build their perfect gift across Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte. You will drive the discovery journey and gift-building experiences, focusing on conversion and CVR through data, user research and competitive insights.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Design, run experiments, and report progress to leadership, shaping a cross-brand product strategy with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complex product area in ecommerce or digital setting.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests and translate data into decisions.
• Hands-on interest in applying AI to research, prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Discovery & Gift-Building roadmap and long-term vision.
• Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests and track KPIs post-launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Designer from concept to launch.
• Build proactive relationships with stakeholders and leadership to identify and solve problems.
