Job summary

Bloom & Wild seeks a Product Manager for Discovery & Gift Building to own how customers discover, browse and build their perfect gift across Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte. You’ll grow awareness, consideration and conversion of new ranges while keeping core journeys outstanding.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to run hypothesis-driven A/B tests, shaping the roadmap with data and stakeholder input to deliver measurable value across Europe.

Qualifications

• Own a complex ecommerce product area with end-to-end ownership.
• Design and run A/B tests; translate data into decisions.
• Hands-on AI awareness to improve research, prototyping and analysis.
• Advocate for customers in every decision across teams.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Discovery & Gift-Building roadmap and long-term vision.
• Run hypothesis-driven experiments and track KPIs post-launch.
• Partner with engineering and product design from concept to launch.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to prioritise impactful problems.
