Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Product Manager for Discovery & Gift Building to own how customers discover, browse and build their gifts across Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte websites. You will drive awareness, consideration and conversion for newer ranges while keeping core journeys outstanding.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Design and leadership to ship value-driven features in quarterly cycles, balancing commerce metrics with delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complex product area in ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests and turn data into confident decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI to save time and boost impact in discovery or gifting.
• Research-driven approach with focus on customer needs and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Discovery & Gift-Building roadmap and long-term vision tied to CVR/AOV goals.
• Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation and monitor KPIs post-launch.
• Partner with Engineering Manager and Product Designer from concept to launch.
• Stakeholder engagement to prioritise and solve critical customer problems.
