Job summary

Prime Vision, based in Delft, seeks a Technical Operations Specialist for its 24/7 Control Center. The role blends on-site collaboration with home-based flexibility, focusing on incident analysis, customer communication, and coordinated resolution within a global logistics automation context.

You will start by handling alerts, escalating where needed, and growing in knowledge, responsibility, and independence while contributing to system stability for international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level thinking and working (HBO equivalent).
• Affinity with IT and technology; curiosity matters more than experience.
• Enjoys problem-solving and logical reasoning.
• Comfortable with direct phone contact with customers.
• Stays calm under pressure.
• Communicates clearly in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and follow up on incidents.
• Inform, reassure, and update customers on progress.
• Set priorities when handling multiple incidents.
• Work closely with colleagues in the Control Center.
• Coordinate with development teams, Field Engineers, and the Reliability Team.
• Contribute to changes, updates, and system improvements.
• Document solutions and knowledge in the Knowledge Base.
