Job summary

TKH Security seeks a Technical Specialist to resolve faults, perform maintenance, and update software. You will provide phone and on-site support to customers, solving complex issues with CCTV/video management experience. Plan service visits according to customer SLAs and be a reliable technical contact.

You will work primarily on-site at customer sites and at our Zoetermeer head office, enjoying a modern workspace and opportunities for growth. Acquisition is not appreciated.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Affinity with IT and ICT.
• Experience with video management and/or CCTV is a plus.
• Valid driving licence B.

Responsibilities

• Resolve faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Update software and report on activities.
• Provide phone and on-site support to customers and solve complex issues.
• Plan service visits based on SLAs with customers.
