Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Technical Operator for semi-automated production lines in Breda. You will operate and monitor lines, perform set-ups, troubleshoot issues, and document batch data in SAP and MES within a GMP framework.

You will contribute to Lean improvements, follow SOPs, and support safe, efficient manufacturing in a 3- to 5-shift rotation environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• MBO degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience operating production, assembly, labeling or packaging equipment.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or MES systems.
• Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Role Description

As a Technical Operator – Semi-Automated Lines, you will operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. You will perform machine set-ups, troubleshoot production issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a structured production environment.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and perform minor machine adjustments


• Record production activities and batch data in SAP and MES systems

Requirements

• MBO degree or equivalent technical background


• Experience operating production, assembly, labeling, or packaging equipment


• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills


• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, or similar methodologies is an advantage


• Experience working within GMP or another regulated manufacturing environment


• Experience with SAP and/or MES systems


• Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus


• Proactive, accurate, and quality-focused


• Fluent in English


• Willing to work in 3-shift and future 5-shift rotations
