Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated production, assembly, packaging, or process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, or other structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Proactive mindset with focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Good communication skills in English and willingness to work in rotating 3‑shift or 5‑shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated production and packaging lines ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Perform equipment setup, product changeovers, line clearances, and routine cleaning.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Carry out minor maintenance and machine adjustments for reliability.
• Record production activities and performance data using SAP and MES.
• Support deviation investigations, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, quality, safety, and operational standards are met.
