Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Operator to join a manufacturing operations team. In this role, you will support multiple production lines by ensuring materials, equipment, and production activities are carried out efficiently while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will play an important role in keeping production processes running smoothly in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Supply materials and components to production areas.
• Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and preparation activities.
• Perform standard operational tasks following established procedures.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with GMP guidelines.
• Support startup and shutdown activities for production lines.
• Participate in shift handovers and maintain effective communication with team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow company quality, safety, and compliance procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
