This role is suited for a smart university student who’s fluent in English and ideally has Spanish or French skills. The position offers a competitive salary and a temporary contract until late September, focused on professional growth and a vibrant office atmosphere.

Qualifications

• You are a smart university student (wo-level).
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Spanish and/or French skills are a very strong plus.
• Available for 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and filter the daily influx of customer inquiries.
• Identify tickets requiring immediate attention.
• Coordinate between the office and logistics hub.
• Assist international customers over the phone.
• Monitor progress of open aftersales cases.
• Support the team with administrative tasks.
