Job description

At Fliteboard, we're building the world's most loved foiling brand — across powered and unpowered water sports.

In just a few short years we've grown from start-up to a global business generating ~$80M in annual sales, with operations and customers across more than 90 countries.

Backed by Brunswick Boat Group, the world's leading marine products group, we're entering our next phase of growth — scaling our portfolio, our teams, and our global operations, with ambitions to exceed $200M in revenue over the next three years.

We're looking for a Technical Aftersales Associate to join our EMEA team in Amsterdam, helping our dealers deliver a frictionless ownership experience for Flite riders across the region.

The Role

Working closely with the Technical Aftersales Manager and the Regional Customer Manager EMEA, you'll be the go‑to aftersales partner for a portfolio of dealers and regional service centers.

Around 80% of your time is spent supporting your assigned dealers and channel partners; the other 20% is hands‑on technical work: servicing, repairs, training and getting equipment ready for events and campaigns.

This role suits someone who loves solving problems, building trusted relationships, and getting their hands on the product — and who wants to see 95% of rider cases resolved locally, fast and right the first time.

What You'll be Responsible for
  • Act as the primary aftersales point of contact for assigned dealers, resolving or escalating critical issues within one business day
  • Drive dealer‑led resolution through the dealer and regional service center network
  • Run dealer and service center onboarding, certification and re‑certification programs
  • Champion the use of Flite aftersales systems (ticketing, knowledge base, warranty portal)
  • Oversee dealer spare‑parts readiness to enable fast local support
  • Manage, approve and monitor warranty claims and cost performance, coaching where gaps appear
  • Deliver technical training to dealers, service technicians and the local Flite team (in person and online)
  • Perform service and repairs on all Flite products, and support marketing and events in a technical capacity
  • Support Dutch end‑users and assigned direct channels in line with our dealer‑led model
  • Contribute to EMEA Aftersales OKRs, KPIs and customer experience targets
About You
  • Skilled communicator, written and verbal (English essential; Dutch is a strong plus for supporting the local market)
  • Technically minded and hands‑on, comfortable servicing and repairing electric watercraft
  • High attention to detail, with resilience and composure under pressure
  • Empathetic, customer‑focused and positive, with strong emotional intelligence
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and works autonomously
  • Experience with customer support platforms / helpdesks
  • Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
It would be great if you also had experience with
  • Dealer or channel aftersales support in the marine, EV, powersports or action sports industry
  • Warranty processes and spare‑parts management
  • Delivering technical training
  • Foiling, surfing, kiting, wing or other water sports
What Good Looks Like in 12 Months
  • Your dealers and service centers love working with you and feel supported, enabled and informed
  • They're well trained and confident resolving most issues locally
  • You're a hands‑on technical expert on all Flite products, running accurate training sessions and delivering first‑time‑right repairs
  • Your OKRs and KPIs (case resolution, prevention and satisfaction) are being met or exceeded
Why Flite?
  • Build category‑defining products that are changing the future of water sports
  • Join a fast‑growing global business with bold ambitions and strong backing from Brunswick Corporation
  • Work alongside a high‑calibre, passionate team in a hands‑on, product‑led environment
  • Salary range of €46,000–€54,000 gross per year (incl. holiday allowance), depending on skills and experience
  • Bonus plan with a target of 5% of annual salary
  • 5 extra vacation days on top of the statutory minimum
  • Work from home up to 2 days per week, with a daily allowance
  • Free access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Brunswick employee discount and boat rental programs
  • Get on the water, with the opportunity to learn and ride Flite products
  • Be part of a culture that values performance, connection and lifestyle
