Are you an experienced Operations Manager able to use your ideas and inspiration to contribute to Longfish Leisure’s ambitious growth? In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the production, implementation, and maintenance of our unique range of electric rental products for the recreation industry and in doing so help us deliver the most professional rental experiences for our clients.
What we do
Longfish Leisure (www.longfishleisure.com) designs, manufactures, and supplies a range of electric boats, replica kids' cars, and other electric products to holiday resorts, zoos, safari parks, museums, and other commercial clients in more than 30 countries around the world. With license agreements in place with respected brands such as Land Rover and Jeep, we have developed a reputation for supplying high-quality realistic and authentic products that withstand the demands of commercial rental whilst providing our clients with an appealing activity for their customers.
We work with our clients on a partnership basis meaning all ongoing maintenance is carried out by our own team of technicians and third-party contractors based around the world.
Longfish Leisure is a fast-growing organization of around 20 people with an informal yet professional atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to take full responsibility for their work. The pace is high and colleagues work hard but input equals results and you will be able to see the outcome of your efforts immediately.

Who are you?
With at least 5 years of work experience as a manager of operations in a production environment, you are:
Able to work with different cultures, you are decisive, stress-resistant, and willing to take responsibility for your work and that of your team. A good level of spoken and written English is a must, other languages especially Dutch, French, or German are a benefit. Suitable experience including managing a production process and a technical support team are more important than specific qualifications.

The work location is Wintelre, near Eindhoven, where we would expect you to be there typically 3 days per week. Other days will be spent visiting clients, the head office in Amstelveen, or working from home. Occasional international travel will be required including overnight stays but this will be for you to manage.
The role is for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
