Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an IT Recruiter in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in a flexible hybrid setup. You will drive end-to-end hiring across IT domains for Western Europe and the Middle East, collaborating with an international team and utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, engagement, and decision support.

You'll manage sourcing channels, partner with hiring managers, and ensure compliant, candidate-centric recruitment while exploring new digital tools and processes to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT recruitment experience across multiple markets, preferably Europe.
• Ability to interpret job specs, assess candidates, and match to business needs.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Interest or experience using AI tools to improve recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screen resumes.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including posting optimization and campaigns.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract tech talent.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations on recruitment branding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on talent acquisition.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support sourcing, screening, mapping, and reporting.
• Apply AI agents to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining human oversight.
• Ensure responsible AI usage with data privacy and fairness.
