Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry, scheduling production, and order tracking.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and presentations.
• Experience in customer service handling clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and provide product information.
• Process daily sales orders and data entry.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, and logistics.
• Prepare daily client reports and handle credit issues/returns.
• Support sales team and other departments as needed.
