Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be the direct contact for the field sales team, handling order processing and inventory monitoring. The role requires a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a high‑volume environment and can communicate effectively with internal teams.

The candidate will support data entry, assist with cross‑functional tasks, and help expedite orders and RMAs while ensuring accurate information flow across production and account teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency and CRM knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, and pricing.
• Assist the sales team with data entry tasks and cross‑functional coordination.
• Work cross‑functionally with production, account and RMA to track assembly order schedules and expedite orders.
• Help process orders, expedite orders, and assist with RMAs.
