Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be the direct contact for the field sales team, handling order processing and inventory monitoring. The role requires a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a high‑volume environment and can communicate effectively with internal teams.

The candidate will support data entry, assist with cross‑functional tasks, and help expedite orders and RMAs while ensuring accurate information flow across production and account teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Supermicro is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can be the direct contact for Supermicro's field sales team, provide support by processing orders and monitoring inventory. If you have prior order processing experience and thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, then we want you to be a part of the Supermicro team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co‑op applications, product availability and pricing.
• Assist the sales team with data entry tasks as well as backup for other sales support team members when needed.
• Work cross‑functionally with production, account and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedule and to expedite pending repair orders.
• Help process orders, expedite orders, and assist with RMA’s.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, 1‑2 years’ industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
