Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, AA degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
• Possesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/E-mail and presentation.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
• Must possess strong computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Organizational skills a must.

Responsibilities

• EMEA Flagship accounts, dedicated large project management with cooperation sales and other team members.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of orders while working closely with the sales support team.
• Drive service-related activities and improve service operations by working closely with the BV and US service teams.
• Prepare advance notifications and follow up with the service team to ensure timely completion of spare-parts requests.
• 3rd party KCs vendor managment & product information (Drives, MEMs).
• Collect and share product, price trend and market information from key vendors, including SanDisk, Solidigm, Micron, Samsung, and SK Hynix.
• Monitor the EMEA monthly FCST.
• Review monthly forecast levels and provide status reports to regional leadership.
• Support new sales hire Onboarding and operation trainings (tools, systems).
• Helping regions with limited resource to run new sales training focusing on sales tools and processes.
