Job summary

Rituals in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on Tech Lead for GenAI Delivery to turn AI potential into scalable products across the business. You will own delivery of GenAI apps, including the customGPT ecosystem and in-house knowledge assistants, collaborating with product, AI engineers, data science, and security teams.

This role blends strategy and execution, emphasizing architecture, engineering standards, mentoring, and responsible AI practices as Rituals grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Proven track record architecting NLP/LLM systems from the ground up.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMOps, and delivery leadership demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, build, and continuous improvement of GenAI products and ecosystems.
• Define reference architecture for scalable, secure GenAI solutions and cost efficiency.
• Drive decisions on knowledge bases, ingestion, vectors, and context management.
• Establish and scale LLMOps practices including testing and monitoring.
• Mentor AI Engineers and align external partners with architecture and standards.
• Partner with Product Owners and sponsors to manage priorities and guardrails.
