Qualifications
- Experience in data and analytical engineering from end-to-end
- Ability to define and drive scalable data architectures

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, build, and rollout of scalable data products for value stream teams on the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Define and evolve architectural patterns for data and analytical solutions, including batch and event-driven approaches.
- Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, deployment, observability, security, and documentation standards.
- Mentor data engineers and analytical engineers, while guiding external engineering partners to align with agreed ways of working.
- Partner with Product Owners and sponsors to align priorities and support platform adoption.
