Curamando Netherlands seeks an AI Tech Director to be the most senior technical voice in our AI practice, leading high‑impact GenAI projects with strategy, design and marketing colleagues.

You will steer technical direction, mentor engineers, and contribute to pitches and proposals while ensuring delivery quality and responsible AI. Hybrid work from Amsterdam or Rotterdam is available, with global client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering with 3+ years hands-on AI.
• Proven track record delivering scalable AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical and AI conversations at boardroom level.
• Strong backend and data pipeline expertise.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical vision and architecture across GenAI engagements.
• Mentor GenAI teams, raise quality bar, resolve bottlenecks.
• Support pitches with technical input, scoping and budgeting.
• Translate client questions into concrete AI solutions.
• Oversee production journey, ensure delivery quality.
