Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Tech Lead – GenAI Delivery to own the delivery of high-impact GenAI applications, including the customGPT ecosystem and internal knowledge assistants. Based at our Central Head Office, you will shape architecture and drive scalable, secure production-ready AI solutions across the business.

You will mentor AI Engineers, collaborate with product and security teams, and define guardrails for responsible AI as we grow our GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, build, and continuous improvement of GenAI products, including the customGPT ecosystem and internal knowledge assistants.
• Define and evolve reference architecture for scalable, secure GenAI solutions (RAG and semantic search).
• Drive decisions on knowledge bases, ingestion strategies, chunking, vector databases, orchestration, and context management.
• Establish and scale LLMOps practices: quality, prompt engineering, documentation, monitoring, evaluation, and automated testing.
• Mentor AI Engineers and align external partners on architecture, delivery quality, and engineering standards.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and responsible AI guardrails.
