Suitsupply, Amsterdam-based, is seeking a Tech Lead who bridges technical strategy and business value. You will own technical health, lead architecture, and drive hands-on development in a dynamic, global SaaS environment.

You bring 5+ years of software engineering and 2+ years leadership, strong .NET and Azure, plus React/Next.js/TypeScript. You will mentor teams and deliver observable, secure systems with CI/CD and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong in .NET, Azure, event-driven architectures and SaaS integrations.
• Fullstack experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript is a strong plus.
• Clear communicator who explains technical decisions to product and business stakeholders.
