Job description

We're not your typical fashion company. At Suitsupply, technology isn't support — it's the engine. Every platform, every customer experience, every global operation is built in-house by our own engineers. And we're growing.

If you're a senior engineer who takes ownership, lifts the people around you, and gets genuinely excited about building things that matter at scale — keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

You'll design, build and evolve the systems that power a global tailoring brand — from customer-facing apps to complex backend services. Concretely:

  • Architect and ship new applications and services using Azure (Service Bus, Functions, Cosmos DB, Table Storage, Bicep and more)

  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines that keep our teams moving fast

  • Raise the bar on code quality through solid unit testing and peer reviews

  • Build integrations with best-in-class platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, supply chain & WMS systems, POS, OMS, WeChat and more

  • Work in an AI-augmented engineering environment — CursorAI and GitHub Copilot are in your toolkit from day one, with real opportunities to push further

WHO YOU ARE

You don't just write code — you understand the domain, challenge assumptions, and make the people around you better.

  • 5+ years of C# and .NET experience, with serious depth

  • Strong grasp of DDD, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Azure

  • Fluent with Web APIs, Service Bus, messaging patterns, unit testing and Git

  • A team player who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement — not because you have to, but because you can't help it

  • Bonus: hands-on experience with AI-powered dev tools (CursorAI, GitHub Copilot or similar)

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Autonomy — no endless sign-off chains. You own your work and your decisions carry real weight

  • Growth — flat structure, cross-team mobility, and a culture that genuinely invests in your development

  • AI-first environment — licensed access to CursorAI, GitHub Copilot and emerging tools; be at the frontier, not catching up

  • Style — 40% discount on Suitsupply's full collection. You'll look the part.

  • Purpose — we build technology that's sustainable, ethical, and built to last. Just like our suits.

Suitsupply is on a journey to become the world's leading tailoring expert. The technology to get there is being built right here, in Amsterdam, by a team that gives a damn.
