Job summary

Suitsupply in Amsterdam seeks a Tech Lead who can own the technical health of a domain, steer architectures, and stay hands-on. You’ll drive event-driven designs, ensure security, scalability, and maintainability, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and business stakeholders.

You’ll work with .NET on Azure, lead AI-powered development, and guide integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, and supply-chain systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in tech leadership.
• Deep in .NET, Azure, event-driven architectures and SaaS integrations.
• Architectural mindset with ability to simplify complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture — event-driven design, scalability, security, and maintainability across your domain.
• Lead architectural decisions and stay hands-on with the systems you build.
• Mentor engineers, align with managers and architects, and keep teams sharp.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and pragmatic DevOps practices.
• Lead on AI — adopt AI-powered development tools and set the example.
• Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, supply chain systems, OMS, POS.
• Maintain strong observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Secure by design — identity access control and secure secrets management.
