Job summary

DHL Supply Chain De Schakel in Eindhoven is seeking a Teamleader Inbound to drive the operation on the warehouse floor, coach your team and ensure continuous development. You will lead a team of warehouse operators and report to the Shift Manager in a busy inbound environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience, strong English communication, and reliability. The position is full-time with day/evening shifts and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

What we offer

• A full-time position (40 hours) in shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00)
• Salary in CAO scale 8: between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to €4,580, depending on experience

You will lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you will work on improving processes, developing yourself and your team, and creating a positive working environment.
