Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Holtum zoekt een Warehouse Team Leader die een team van ongeveer 20 Warehouse Operators aanstuurt in de Outbound Picking & Shipping. Zo blijft elk logistiek proces vlot verlopen en efficiënt.

Je motiveert mensen, verbetert processen en rapporteert in het WMS; werktijden zijn 11:00–20:00. Je staat rechtstreeks op contract bij DHL en krijgt volop ontwikkelingskansen binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Team Leader, Supervisor of Lead Operator.
• Sterke communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) en Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proactieve, hands-on houding en inzet voor veiligheid.

Responsibilities

• Coachen, evalueren en ontwikkelen van teamleden.
• Toezicht houden op dagelijkse operaties en knelpunten oplossen.
• Rapporten en analyses maken in het Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Zekerheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer waarborgen.
• Verzuim-, prestatie- en beoordelingsgesprekken voeren.
• Samenwerken met Team Leaders, Shift Manager en Operations Manager.
• In één zin: de schakel tussen mensen, processen en prestaties.

In this role, you will manage a dedicated team on the Holtum site, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will supervise a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in the Outbound Picking & Shipping department.

You know how to motivate people, improve processes, and achieve results.

You’ll work in from 11:00 until 20:00 and be responsible for:

• Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team members;
• Monitoring daily operations and resolving bottlenecks;
• Creating reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Ensuring safety and quality on the work floor;
• Conducting absence, performance, and appraisal meetings;
• Collaborating closely with fellow Team Leaders, the Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager.
