Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Beringe is seeking a Teamleader to guide a team of warehouse operators on a 32-40 hour basis, with dayshifts 7:00–16:00. You will report to the Shift Manager and drive performance, safety, and development in a multicultural setting.

You’ll lead about 20 operators for HP’s tech logistics, coordinating daily tasks, coaching performance, and ensuring timely, accurate time registration. English is essential; Dutch is a plus and you’re willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong analytical abilities and reporting tool experience.
• Excellent English; Dutch is a plus and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

• A full-time role (32-40 hours per week).
• Working in dayshifts between 7.00 and 16.00
• Salary in scale 8 between €3,039 and €3,600 gross per month (with growth potential up to €4,490 depending on experience)
• 8% holiday pay based on your gross salary

This is you

• You are a people-oriented leader who understands both operational processes and team dynamics. You work proactively, stay calm under pressure, and always think ahead.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with systems and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. If you don’t speak Dutch yet, you’re willing to learn
• Reliable and consistent your team knows they can depend on you
• Flexible and capable of managing teams across various operational areas such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and VAS, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and team dynamics
