Job summary

Adecco in the Netherlands seeks a Logistics Teamlead to coordinate daily warehouse activities, motivate the team and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will monitor KPI performance and help improve logistics processes in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role includes recruitment support, onboarding and training activities, with a focus on leadership and high quality standards. This permanent position is directly with the client.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 education with 3–4 years of logistics experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, coaching and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Willing to work shifts 7:00–16:00 or 9:00–18:00/10:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings and set clear priorities.
• Coach, support and motivate team members.
• Monitor KPI results and quality standards.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training activities.

What are you going to do?

As a Logistics Teamlead, you are responsible for the daily coordination of warehouse activities. You motivate your team, monitor KPI performance and make sure all processes run safely, smoothly and efficiently. This is a permanent position through a Werving & Selectie procedure. You will join the client directly on a permanent contract.

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily team meetings and set clear priorities

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes
• Manage team challenges and resolve conflicts professionally
