Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Team Leader Tender & Contracts to coach and develop a coordinated team supporting sales of medical devices across Northern Europe, including the UK, Ireland, and Nordic countries. You will drive compliant contracting processes, manage escalations, and align mid-term strategy with business continuity and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position.
• 3+ years of experience in a deadline-driven role (sales support, project management, or procurement).
• Professional experience in an international environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and empower the team; plan succession, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Lead with integrity and ensure timely execution of goals.
• Collaborate across borders on public procurement in healthcare and advise senior sales leadership on contract requirements.
