Applied Medical in Amersfoort (NL) is seeking a full-time Tender Coordinator to manage the technical clinical content of European tender bids. You will work with product experts to write reports and maintain tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality across all submissions.
This fixed-term role (1 year, with possible extension) requires a degree, at least 2 years' relevant experience, and strong English; knowledge of another European language is a plus. On-site with hybrid options.
Our Clinical Development team is looking for a full-time Tender Coordinator to join our international team. In a commercially important and multidisciplinary role, you will be responsible for the technical clinical content of the tender bids we submit for our key European markets. You will work closely with the product experts within the Clinical Development Team to create and write technical reports and maintain all tender-related clinical documentation. With your growing knowledge of our products and those of our competitors, you will ensure the technical content of our bids is accurate and of high quality. You will also support the maintenance of the tender bid and appeal process, conduct tender analysis and support administrative tasks within the Clinical Development Operations team.

Note: this is a fixed-term position with a one-year contract, and the possibility of an extension.
