Job summary

Nike in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead to deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experiences on the sales floor. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive sales through digital services, visual merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.

You will lead cross-functional areas and uphold Nike standards, while fostering an inclusive, high-energy team environment in store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates to meet sales targets and campaigns (digital services, visual merchandising, promotions).
• Lead cross-functional areas: Commercial, Athlete Experience, Consumer Experience.
• Ensure store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.
