Nike Roermond is seeking a Retail Lead to provide world-class service and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the team while supporting the daily business to hit sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions.

The role requires leadership across commercial, athlete experience, and consumer experience areas, with a focus on delivering excellent customer journeys on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and ensure a premium NIKE brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach, and motivate store employees in your area.
• Support daily business operations to meet sales targets and campaigns.
• Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership.
