Job summary

Nike Roermond is seeking a Team Lead to join our team and deliver world-class service to the consumer. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates while managing daily business to achieve sales targets across store operations.

As a Lead you will ensure brand standards, support cross-functional collaboration across commercial, athlete experience and consumer experience areas, and uphold NIKE's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador, collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling, including retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
