Job summary

NIKE, Amsterdam is seeking a Store Coach to deliver exceptional consumer service and maintain a premium brand experience. You will coach and motivate the team across commercial, athlete experience, and consumer experience to hit sales targets and brand standards.

You will lead scheduling, onboarding, and daily operations, analyze data to drive improvements, and partner with store leadership to create a positive NIKE culture. This role requires flexible retail hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor (or department) team.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
• For this role relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering efficient receiving of product and inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is full and presentable and meets brand standards.
• Oversee the overall product journey in store and coordinate with department leads.
• Manage monthly initiative launches.
• Utilize reporting tools to drive commercial decisions.
• Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
• Deliver high-quality athlete experience and oversee onboarding.
• Oversee store scheduling and nurture NIKE culture.
• Provide excellent consumer service and ensure brand knowledge across the team.
• Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement with store leadership.
