Job summary

TechTree, a leading recruitment partner, seeks a Talent Strategist to own client hiring end-to-end in a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, own candidate pipelines, and drive the full hiring process from kickoff to offer, ensuring alignment among clients, candidates, and TechTree’s sourcing team.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes with direct client or stakeholder exposure (agency or in-house).
• Track record of managing client relationships and leading calibration/scorecard conversations.
• Strong pipeline management and process discipline to keep movements and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to founders and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact for the search.
• Own candidate pipelines for every role you run.
• Lead the hiring process end-to-end, maintaining a high quality bar at every stage.
• Run calibration calls with clients and translate feedback into clear scorecards.
• Keep candidate notes, materials, and documentation accurate and client-ready.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment to prevent stalls.
• Close out projects and deliver hires — you own the success fee on every placement.
• Stay accountable for delivery quality, process clarity, client experience, and final hiring outcomes.
