Fresha is seeking a Talent Specialist in Amsterdam to help attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across the Netherlands. You will partner with the Global Head of Talent and hiring managers, delivering a high-quality hiring experience from briefing to offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Experience managing candidates through recruitment processes.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills across time zones.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Comfortable working with multiple markets and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the talent team and hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally.
• Craft personalized outreach to attract passive talent and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Screen applications, conduct initial screening calls and assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and support recruitment operations.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
