Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, CS or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 18–20+ years in Talent Analytics, Data Science or related fields.
• Experience building enterprise-scale analytics and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Talent Intelligence strategy with global leaders.
• Lead development of analytics products, AI-powered insights and data platforms.
• Oversee governance, ethics, and adoption of AI-powered talent solutions.
• Drive modernization of talent analytics ecosystem with cloud-native capabilities.
• Present findings to executive talent leaders and drive decision-making.
